500g pack of Pork & Caramelised Onion Sausagemeat made with Pork from rare breed Oxford Sandy & Black pigs reared on our family farm.

Ingredients:

Pork, Breadcrumb [WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Yeast] (60-70%), Onion Powder (10-20%), Sugar (5-10%), Dried Onion (2-5%), Salt (2-5%), Spices (Black Pepper, Ginger) (2-5%), Dextrose (<2%), Stabiliser (E451) (<2%), Yeast Extract (<2%), Rapeseed Oil (<2%), Preservative (SODIUM METABISULPHITE) (<2%), Antioxidant (E300) (<2%), Natural Onion Flavouring (<2%)

If you're a novice at cooking, here's a family favourite to try using a 320g Ready Rolled Puff Pastry Sheet (the JUS-ROL brand have a frozen or chilled pack option):

SAUSAGE ROLLS

  1.  Preheat oven to 200C / Gas mark 7.
  2. Unroll puff pastry sheet and cut in half down the long side.
  3. Divide sausagemeat in half and place evenly down the centre of each pastry piece in a sausage shape.
  4. Brush one long side of pastry with milk or beaten egg (this acts like a glue).  Bring the other long side over the sausagemeat, then roll up firmly with glued edge to overlap and seal.
  5. Cut into 4 even lengths and place apart on a baking tray.  Repeat with other half of pastry sheet.
  6. Brush with leftover milk or beaten egg (creates a nice golden crust when cooking) and bake in a preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
