Quality Assured Beef

Our beef has been grown and reared at Windmill Farm, Montacute to the UK Red Tractor food standards scheme, covering animal welfare, food safety, traceability and environmental protection. When cattle reach their prime, we use a local abattoir and butcher who mature meat for 21 days for a richer flavour.
