Ingredients:
Pork, Gluten Free Crumb (Rice Flour, Dextrose Monohydrate, Vegetable Fibre (Bamboo), Salt, Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Dextrose, Stabiliser (E451(i)), Flavour Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E221), Flavourings, Spice, Rapeseed Oil, Maltodextrin, Colour (E120), Antioxidants (E304(i), E307), Acid (E330)
SAUSAGE ROLLS
If you're a novice at cooking, here's a family favourite to try using a 320g Ready Rolled Puff Pastry Sheet (the JUS-ROL brand have a frozen or chilled pack option) - * keep pastry on paper provided, throughout creation of sausage rolls and cooking, to reduce mess:
- Preheat oven to 200C / Gas mark 7.

Unroll puff pastry sheet and cut in half lengthways *.
- Divide sausagemeat in half and place evenly down the centre of each pastry piece in a sausage shape.

Dab one long side of pastry with milk (this acts like a glue). Bring the other dry long side over the sausagemeat, then roll up firmly with wetted edge to overlap and seal.
- Cut into 16 equal length sausage rolls and place apart on a baking sheet *.

Dab with milk (creates a nice golden crust when cooking) and bake in a preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
